What is an NDIS plan?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to people with disability across Australia so they can choose the level of support and care they need in order to lead fulfilling lives.

As part of the scheme, if eligible, you will receive an NDIS plan.

This plan basically outlines the support and services you will receive to reach your goals.

The NDIS plan can be a difficult document to navigate. If you need help understanding your plan, we’re here to support you.

How the NDIS planning session will look like?

Once you’re ready to create your NDIS plan, you will need to attend a planning session either in person or over the phone with the NDIS.

This meeting will go over everything from the community supports available in your area, to the equipment you need to take care of yourself at home.
Here are some things you might be asked during this session:

What are the supports you need
