Everything to know about NDIS plan budgeting

Part of your NDIS plan involves a budget. This budget determines the funds you need to access different supports and services. There are three types of budget that may be funded in your NDIS plan. These are:

Core supports budget

This involves funding for consumables, daily activities, assistance with social and community participation, and transport.

Capacity building budget

This support funding in eight categories including choice and control, daily activity, employment, health and wellbeing, home living, lifelong learning, relationships, and social and community participation.

Capital support budget

This includes funding for equipment to support you. It involves home modification or assistive technology, such as wheelchairs.
